Dr. Hansen’s Personal Experience with NUCCA

Dr. Hansen grew up in Southern California and enjoyed playing many different sports. However, it was a back injury sustained while playing hockey that first introduced him to chiropractic care. Being adjusted back to health was a formative experience and helped him to select a career that holds deep meaning and fulfillment.

However, back pain was not Dr. Hansen’s only ailment. By age 23, he was already coping with hypertension (high blood pressure), allergies, and migraines. NUCCA resolved all three of these conditions for him completely. Now Dr. Hansen’s focus had been narrowed down from chiropractic in general to the specialized form of chiropractic that changed his life – NUCCA.

Education and Professional Credentials

Dr. Hansen attended Cal State San Bernardino where he majored in Biology. He then transferred to Cleveland Chiropractic College and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After obtaining a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Hansen practiced in Coral Springs, Florida under the tutelage of Dr. Justin Brown (a NUCCA Part II Certified practitioner). In 2014, Dr. Hansen returned to Southern California to set up his practice, providing Laguna Hills and the surrounding communities with a nearby NUCCA chiropractor.

Philosophy Toward Health Care

Dr. Hansen believes that healthy people are happier, so his goal is to take individuals who are merely surviving due to illness or pain and help them to lead thriving lives. A holistic (whole person) approach that looks for underlying causes of problems rather than addressing symptoms is the focus of his practice – Precision Spinal Care.
